英國Bert伯特進口塑料氣動隔膜泵概述

 氣動隔膜泵是一種新型輸送機械，是目前業(yè)內(nèi)比較新穎的一種泵類。采用壓縮空氣為動力源，對于各種腐蝕性液體，帶顆粒的液體，高粘度、易揮發(fā)、易燃、劇毒的液體，均能予以抽光吸盡。目前已形成系列化生產(chǎn)，共有八種規(guī)格直徑：φ10mm（3/8''）、φ15mm（1/2''）、φ25mm（1''）、φ40mm（11/2''）、φ50mm（2''）、φ65mm（21/2''）、φ80mm（3''）、φ100mm（4''）。四種材質(zhì)：鋁合金、鑄鐵、不銹鋼、工程塑料。隔膜泵根據(jù)不同液體介質(zhì)分別采用丁晴橡膠、氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、聚四氟乙烯隔膜。以滿足不同用戶的需要。

1.氣動隔膜泵既能抽送流動的液體，又能輸送一些不易流動的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、潛水泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵和雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機械的許多優(yōu)點。
2、不需要灌引水，吸程高達7m，揚程達50m，出口壓力不小于6kgf每平方厘米。
3、流動寬蔽，通過性能好，允許通過最大顆粒。直徑達10mm抽送泥漿、雜質(zhì)時，對泵磨損極小。
4、揚程、流量可通過氣閥開度實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)節(jié)。（氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在2-8kg/平方厘米）
5、該泵無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，不會造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全。
6、不必用電，在易燃、易爆場所使用安全可靠。
7、可輸送較粘的液體。（粘度在1萬厘泊以下）
8、本泵無須用油潤滑，即使空轉(zhuǎn)，對泵也無任何影響，這是該泵一大特點。
